Friday Pour

Terms of use

Last updated 3 August 2026

Friday Pour is operated by Hey Hey What A Day LLC. By using the app you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You need to be of legal drinking age

Friday Pour is about alcohol. You may only use it if you are of legal drinking age where you live, and the app asks you to confirm you are 21 or older before showing you anything. Do not use it if that is not true.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that inbox, because it is the only way into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which permanently removes your content. The account deletion page explains exactly what goes and what is kept.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you give us permission to store it and show it to the people you have chosen to share it with, which is what makes the app work. We do not claim your content as ours and we do not use it to advertise anything.

Post only what you have the right to share. Do not post:

Treat other people well

Friday Pour is friends-only and small by design. Every pour and comment has a menu with Report and Block. Blocking someone hides their content from you and yours from them, straight away. Reporting sends it to us to look at.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why, but we may act immediately in serious cases.

Drink responsibly

Friday Pour is a place to write down what you are drinking. It is not advice about how much to drink, and nothing in the app should be read that way. Look after yourself and the people you are drinking with.

The app is provided as it is

We work to keep Friday Pour running and your content safe, but the app is provided without warranties. We cannot promise it will always be available, free of faults, or that nothing will ever be lost. To the extent the law allows, Hey Hey What A Day LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using Friday Pour whenever you like, and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the app.
